Ingredients (Serves 2–3)
- 200g shrimp, peeled
- 200g mussels or clams
- 150g scallops
- 150g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 50g onion, finely chopped
- 10g garlic, minced
- 20g butter
- 50ml white wine
- 80ml heavy cream (optional)
- 1 tsp salt
- Black pepper, to taste
- Fresh herbs (thyme or parsley)
Instructions

Prepare the ingredients
Clean and pat dry all seafood. Cut cherry tomatoes in half. -
Build the flavor base
Add onion, garlic, and butter to the bottom of the Waterless Ceramic Steam Pot. -
Layer the seafood
Place shrimp, shellfish, scallops, and tomatoes on top. -
Season
Pour in white wine. Add salt and black pepper. -
Steam cook
Steam for 20–25 minutes. As steam condenses, it forms a naturally rich seafood broth. -
Finish
Stir in heavy cream (optional) and garnish with fresh herbs.
