There are a few things to keep in mind when tracking a package. First, after receiving a tracking number from Buydeem, it may take 24-48 hours for it to leave the warehouse and for shipping information to update. Second, occasionally a package may not receive a proper origin or transit scan. In this case, neither Buydeem nor the carrier can properly track the package location while in transit. However, it is on the way!

For orders placed on our US site (https://us.buydeem.com) and Canada site (https://ca.buydeem.com/) for delivery within their respective countries: All prices are inclusive of necessary duties. Customers shopping on their local site will not be charged any additional customs or duty fees, as products are shipped from local warehouses.
For International orders (outside of the US and Canada): Customs office duty and VAT fees may apply. We recommend contacting support before purchasing to confirm potential fees and the availability for your specific region.
