Price Protection

Shop with confidence at BUYDEEM. If the price of an eligible product on the BUYDEEM official website is publicly reduced within 7 days of your order payment, you may request a one-time price adjustment for the difference.

Eligibility & Terms

 

1. 7-Day Price Protection Period

The 7-day price protection period begins from the date and time your order is paid, not from the date you submit a price adjustment request.

Eligibility is determined based on the time between your order payment and the start of the promotional price. Requests generally cannot be accepted if the promotional price begins more than 7 days after your order was paid.

2. Same Product & Same Conditions

Price protection applies only to the same product, model, specification, and sales region purchased from the BUYDEEM official website.

The lower price must be a publicly available promotion on the BUYDEEM official website and must have been valid during the eligible price protection period.

 

3. Excluded Promotions

The following promotions are not eligible for price protection:

• Flash sales, limited-time sales, or limited-quantity deals

• Clearance or final-sale prices

• Free gifts or gift-with-purchase promotions

• Members-only or other exclusive promotions

• Personalized, targeted, or individually issued discount codes

• Prices that are not publicly available on the BUYDEEM official website

 

4. One Price Adjustment per Order

Each order is eligible for one price adjustment only. Multiple price adjustments cannot be requested for the same order.

 

5. Price Difference Calculation

The price difference is calculated based on the actual product price paid in the original order, after all applicable discounts or promotions, compared with the eligible promotional price.

For example, if a product is originally priced at $199 and you paid $179 after applying a discount, and the product is later publicly promoted for $159, the eligible price difference is $20.

Taxes, shipping fees, and other additional charges are not included in the price adjustment calculation.

 

6. Product Availability

The same product must be available for purchase at the promotional price on the BUYDEEM official website during the applicable promotion period.

 

7. How the Difference Is Provided

Approved price adjustments are typically provided as an equivalent discount code or gift card. At BUYDEEM's discretion, the price difference may instead be refunded to the original payment method.

 

8. Request & Verification

To request a price adjustment, please provide your order number and any other information needed to verify the original purchase and promotional price.

BUYDEEM reserves the right to determine whether a request meets the requirements of this policy.

 

9. Policy Changes

BUYDEEM reserves the right to modify or discontinue this 7-Day Price Protection Policy at any time. Changes will apply to requests submitted after the policy has been updated.
