Ingredients

  • 1 live Boston lobster (about 400g)
  • 4 live abalones (9–10 head size)
  • 200g clams
  • 8 slices ginger and scallion

For the sauce:

  • 4 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee seafood sauce
  • 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Steps

1. Prepare all the seafood and clean thoroughly. For abalone, remove the innards and scrub well.

 

2. First, place the lobster inside your BUYDEEM G52 food steamer and set to steam for 15 minutes. Then add the clams and abalone, and steam for another 6–7 minutes.

 

3. While steaming, prepare the dipping sauce: mix garlic, soy sauce, seafood sauce, and sesame oil, then warm it slightly in the microwave. Once cooled slightly, cut the lobster with kitchen shears for easy serving. Enjoy!
