Avocado Egg Breakfast Bagel

Ingredients: 

  • Eggs - 2 
  • Ripe avocado  - ½ 
  • Bagel (halved)  - 1 
  • Mayonnaise  - 15g 
  • Yellow mustard - 8g   

 

Steps

1. Place eggs in the steamer with water above the minimum line. Steam for 10-15 minutes. Immediately chill in ice water for easier peeling.  

 

2. Peel eggs, separate yolks from whites. Chop whites and avocado, then combine with yolks in a bowl. 

 

3. Mix in mayo and mustard, mashing to desired consistency.  

 

4. Toast bagel halves, then generously spread the filling on top. Enjoy!
