Chicken Breast and Vegetable Salad

Ingredients
- Chicken breast: 250g
- Broccoli: 40g
- Red and yellow bell peppers: 40g
- Salt: 1 tsp
- Black pepper: 1 tsp
- Ginger-garlic paste: 1 tsp
- Lemon juice: 1 tsp
- Olive oil: 1 tbsp
- Chopped parsley: 1 tbsp
Steps
- Score the surface of the chicken breast 3 to 4 times. Add 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of crushed black pepper, and 1 tsp of ginger-garlic paste. Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Put the marinated chicken breast in the steamer and cook for 20 minutes.
- Take out the steamed chicken breast and evenly apply 1/2 tbsp of olive oil. Cover with plastic wrap and let it stand for 10 minutes.
- Cut the broccoli and bell peppers into small pieces, then put them into the steamer and cook for 10 minutes.
- Prepare the seasoning: Mix well 1/2 tbsp of olive oil, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of black pepper, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, and 1 tbsp of chopped parsley.
- Tear the chicken breast into small strips. Put all ingredients on a plate, add the seasoning, mix well, and serve immediately.
