Ingredients

  • Whole milk - 500ml
  • Yogurt starter culture - 1g
  • Psyllium husk - 5g
  • Mixed berries - 150g
  • Granola - 30g

 

Steps

1. Prepare your G563 Electric Food Steamer. Pour milk and yogurt starter into the stew pot.

2. Select “Yogurt” mode and ferment for about 8 hours, or until it reaches your preferred tanginess.

3. Mix psyllium husk with 50 ml water and let sit for 2 minutes until it forms a gel-like consistency.

 

4. Assemble your parfait in layers: psyllium gel → yogurt → berries → granola. Gently smooth each layer to keep them distinct. Optional: drizzle with honey or sprinkle nuts for extra flavor and crunch.
