Slow Cook Mode
- High: Approx. 90–100°C (194–212°F); can briefly reach up to 100°C (212°F).
- Low: Approx. 90–100°C (194–212°F); gradually reaches up to 100°C (212°F) over time.
Sear/Sauté Mode
- High: Approx. 120–180°C (248–356°F).
- Low: Up to approx. 170°C (338°F).
Soup Mode: Max temperature approx. 100°C (212°F).
Braise Mode: Max temperature approx. 100°C (212°F).
Bean Mode:
Uses variable frequency intermittent heating with a wide temperature range of approx. 70–100°C (158–212°F). Features a 3-stage intelligent temperature control system:
- Soaking Stage: Maintains approx. 70°C (158°F) for 1 hour
- Heating Stage: Gradually increases to boiling after soaking
- Cooking Stage: Sustained boiling until the end of the program
